Genistein Antioxidant Reviewed

How does Genistein compare? Please read our report below......

(Good)
Supplement Overview: Genistein is one form of isoflavone that is sourced from soybeans. Genistein, according to different studies done, can act as an antioxidant and phytoestrogen. It is commonly employed to treat conditions affected by changes in bodily estrogen levels.

Supplement Details:

Finnish researchers have conducted different clinical studies which seem to show that Japanese consume a lot of genistein because their diets emphasize consumption of soy which results in lower rates of development of prostate, ovarian and breast cancer. It is assumed that genistein can take the place of estrogen when binding with receptors of cancerous cells. There is some research indicating that blood sugar can be regulated with genistein consumption while halting incidence of insulin resistance. Insulin resistance can result in diabetes as well as multiple disorders related to diabetes such as diabetic retinopathy.

Cancer development gets inhibited with the presence of genistein because the supply of a certain protein dubbed tyrosine protein kinase which cancer cells require to grow is halted due to genistein. Genistein also helps to halt the activity of some enzymes which induce cancerous tumors to produce an independent blood supply.

Being a phytoestrogen, genistein seems to act like the estrogen within the body. This is why it can be employed to treat conditions that are affected or triggered by falling estrogen levels when menopause hits women. Some problems that fall under this category are higher risk for heart disease and osteoporosis. The levels of low-density lipoprotein (or LDL) which is deemed the bad cholesterol can be reduced when soy isoflavones are consumed, thus reducing or eliminating the build up of plaque within our arteries. There is some research implying that soy isoflavones can help patients with Alzheimer's disease by stopping plaque from clogging the brain's blood vessels.

Psoriasis patients and skin cancer victims can benefit from consumption of genstein because there is evidence that it can lessen keratin production. The protein keratin is believed to play a part in skin cell growth abnormalities.

To get enough isoflavones, you can try consuming dietary sources of genistein are soybean-based food such as miso, soy flour, soy milk or tofu, or even just the soybeans which can be roasted. If you try to procure isoflavone supplements in the market, you may find those have a lot of genistein and a similar anti-cancer soy-based phytoestrogen called daidzein. Herbal kudzu supplements can supply you with isoflavones too because kudzu has soy isoflavones. If you are at risk for developing osteoporosis, then look for sources of ipriflavone instead. This is a supplement which has soy isoflavones in a chemically altered form that is deemed to be the best isoflavone supplement to halt bone loss.

In Japan , the average dose per day of isoflavones stands at around 200 milligrms but no recommended level of dosage of genistein has been set. There is also no data about toxic side effects due to genistein – still, since it is a phytoestrogen, some believe that it might be a factor behind promoting development of estrogen-stimulated cancers or that it might conflict with the function of birth control pills.

It is inadvisable for patients who are suffering from estrogen-related cancers to take in isoflavones due to research implying that daidzein and genistein can worsen their cancers. One study done did show that injections of genistein in rats caused these subjects to be at greater risk for developing uterine cancer.

MaxGXL™

MaxGXL™ - The Glutathione Accelerator. Glutathione - (GSH) is A MASTER ANTIOXIDANT. It has been discovered and clinically proven that Glutathione is the most prevalent, powerful and multifunctional antioxidant in the human body.

More on Glutathione

Glutathione is a small protein produced naturally in our bodies when the right circumstances are available. It aids the body as an antioxidant and antitoxin and is a prevalent defense against sickness and aging. As we age, our Glutathione levels diminish and because of this we show signs of aging and can become more vunerable to illness.

Unfortunately, we cannot increase our levels of Glutathione with ordinary foods or even pure L-Glutathione. This is because that the Glutathione proteins located in the foods we eat are instantly broken down during the digestion process, therefore only a very small percentage of the Glutathione we consume actually reaches our bloodstream and cells.

The solution? MaxGXL!

After 10 years of researching Glutathione and its properties, Dr. Keller (creator of MaxGXL) and his team of researchers created MaxGXL, a product that has the proper components of Glutathione. When this product is absorbed, it actually stimulates the human body to produce more Glutathione for use in every cell in the human body!
